As part of the upgrade and planned extension of our activities and to improve the level and quality of our products and services, SIPA has decided to set up a quality and safety management system. foodstuffs that meet the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 and the certification protocol FSSC 22000 V 5.0.
The commitment of all is the essential condition for our success.
The objectives of this implementation are:
- Satisfy our customers by respecting their expectations and requirements, by delivering a safe and good quality product and by listening to them
- Conducting our business in such a way as to ensure quality for the benefit of interested parties including legal and regulatory authorities, taking into consideration the risks and opportunities and the actions to address them
- Foster a culture where all employees share a commitment to ensure the quality and safety of our products
- Undertake to protect the products against any malicious act, vandalism and fraud
To do so, SIPA has given itself four areas for improvement:
- Developing our technical skills through relevant training
- Continuously improve the work environment
- Optimize the management of financial resources by avoiding losses of all kinds during manufacture, handling, storage and delivery
- Regularly review our performance, evaluate data and communicate the results to all employees
